What influence does the installation of fire shutter door have on the surrounding environment?

(1)剔鑿作業(yè)應避免在夜間和風(fēng)力超過(guò)4級的天氣進(jìn)行，剔鑿時(shí)應進(jìn)行局部圍閉.以減少噪聲和粉塵排放擾民。

(2)防火門(mén)按設計要求，在門(mén)洞內彈出門(mén)框的位置線(xiàn)。彈線(xiàn)一定要準確，防止因位置不準而返工.造成人工和物料的浪費。

(5)調整門(mén)框的上下、前后、左右位置.確認到位后.用木楔塞緊，并用電焊將連接件與預埋件或鑿出的鋼筋焊牢。焊接應盡量避免夜間施工，焊工應使用專(zhuān)用防護罩。

(5) Adjust the upper and lower, front and rear, left and right positions of the door frame. After confirming the position, plug the door frame with wooden wedge, and weld the connector with embedded parts or chiseled reinforcement by electric welding. Construction at night shall be avoided as far as possible during welding, and special protective cover shall be used for welders.

(6)門(mén)框固定后，把合頁(yè)固定在門(mén)扇的合頁(yè)槽內，將門(mén)扇置入門(mén)框，合頁(yè)的另一片放入門(mén)框的合頁(yè)槽.調整就位，將螺釘全部擰緊。

(6) After the door frame is fixed, fix the hinge in the hinge slot of the door leaf, put the door leaf into the door frame, put the other part of the hinge into the hinge slot of the door frame, adjust it in place, and tighten all the screws.

(7)就位后的門(mén)扇應啟閉自如，無(wú)阻滯、反彈。

(8)門(mén)鎖應能耐950℃高溫，以確保在火災情況下能夠開(kāi)啟。

(9)防火門(mén)安裝后，將門(mén)框與洞口之間的縫隙用砂漿填死、抹灰，隨后將建筑垃圾清理建筑垃圾池。
