在安裝調試之前應先檢查控制器、按鈕盒、卷門(mén)機、行程開(kāi)關(guān)、電剎車(chē)的連接線(xiàn)是否正常，確認后在進(jìn)行調試。

1、相序調整：接入三相380V50HZ電源，接通空氣開(kāi)關(guān)，若電源指示燈閃爍故障燈亮故障反饋開(kāi)關(guān)常閉并發(fā)出救護笛的報警聲則表明相序錯誤，可將三相電源進(jìn)線(xiàn)中的任兩相交換即可?？刂破鞯南嘈驒z測正確，操縱按鈕觀(guān)察卷簾門(mén)運行方向，若卷門(mén)機運行方向與按鍵相反，將卷門(mén)機三相接線(xiàn)中任意兩相交換即可。

1. Phase sequence adjustment: connect the three-phase 380V50HZ power supply and turn on the air switch. If the power indicator flashes, the fault light turns on, the fault feedback switch is normally closed, and the alarm sound of the ambulance horn comes out, it indicates that the phase sequence is wrong. Exchange any two phases in the three-phase power supply incoming line. The phase sequence detection of the controller is correct, and the operation button is used to observe the operation direction of the roller shutter. If the operation direction of the roller shutter is opposite to the button, exchange any two phases in the three-phase wiring of the roller shutter.

2、中位位置設置以及形成學(xué)習：接通電源將控制板上撥嗎開(kāi)關(guān)SW1置于on的位置，SW2置于ON的位置可進(jìn)入中停位置的設定和正常行駛行程的學(xué)習。

2. Middle position setting and formation learning: Turn on the power supply and set the up switch SW1 of the control board to the ON position. Set SW2 to the ON position to enter the middle stop position setting and normal travel learning.

a：現將上下限位器按實(shí)際情況設定好。

c：按下行鍵一次開(kāi)始進(jìn)入下行全程學(xué)習，卷門(mén)機開(kāi)始下行達到下限位并自動(dòng)停止，下行全程學(xué)習完畢。

c: Press the down key once to start the whole downward learning process. The door roller starts to descend to the lower limit and stops automatically. The whole downward learning process is completed.

d：按上行鍵一次開(kāi)始進(jìn)入上行全程學(xué)習，卷門(mén)機開(kāi)始上行達到上限位并自動(dòng)停止，上行全程學(xué)習完畢。

d: Press the UP key once to start the whole uplink learning. The door roller starts to go up to the upper limit and stops automatically. The whole uplink learning is completed.

e：按上行鍵一次開(kāi)始進(jìn)入中停位置學(xué)習，卷門(mén)機開(kāi)始下行達到距地面1.8M處按停鍵，下行中位置學(xué)習完畢。

e: Press the UP key once to enter the middle stop position for learning. The door winder starts to descend to 1.8m above the ground, and then press the STOP key to finish learning the middle stop position for descending.

f：再按一次下行鍵，使卷門(mén)機達到下限位并自動(dòng)停止，后半程學(xué)習完畢。

f: Press the down key again to make the door roller reach the lower limit and stop automatically, and the second half of the learning is completed.

g：按上行鍵，使卷門(mén)機達到上限位并自動(dòng)停止，正常行駛行程學(xué)習完畢。

h：按消音鍵一次，進(jìn)入快速下降的中位的學(xué)習中位指示燈閃爍表示進(jìn)入中位設置，按下行鍵，卷門(mén)機磁鐵開(kāi)始間歇下行達到距地面1.8M處按停鍵，快速下降中位置學(xué)習完畢。

h: Press the Silence key once, and the learning middle position indicator for entering the fast descending middle position flashes to indicate entering the middle position setting. Press the Down key, and the door roller magnet starts to descend intermittently to the position 1.8M above the ground. Press the Stop key, and the learning of the fast descending middle position is completed.

i：再按復位鍵一次鍵，卷門(mén)機達到上限位并自動(dòng)停止，中停位置于設定和正常行駛行程學(xué)習全部完畢。

i: Press the reset key again, the door roller reaches the upper limit and stops automatically, the middle stop is set and the normal travel learning is completed.
