快速卷簾門(mén)的傳動(dòng)機構安裝在門(mén)洞頂部機箱內，機箱由厚2mm厚鍍鋅鋼板制作而成兩端端由厚6mm鋼板制作，在端板上設有安裝卷軸軸承，驅動(dòng)電機，平衡系統構件的安裝座和安裝孔，鋼板表面經(jīng)噴塑處理成客戶(hù)要求的色彩。卷軸安裝于機箱內，由卷筒、軸端、軸承座等組成。卷筒尺寸根據門(mén)洞高、寬尺寸經(jīng)過(guò)計算，選擇合理尺寸，在這個(gè)門(mén)上，卷筒直徑為219mm。

The transmission mechanism of the fast Roller shutter is installed in the box at the top of the door opening. The box is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate. Both ends of the box are made of 6mm thick steel plate. The end plate is equipped with mounting seats and mounting holes for installing reel bearings, driving motors, and balancing system components. The surface of the steel plate is sprayed with plastic to become the color required by customers. The reel is installed inside the chassis and consists of a drum, shaft end, bearing seat, etc. The size of the drum is calculated based on the height and width of the door opening, and a reasonable size is selected. On this door, the diameter of the drum is 219mm.

2、導槽箱

導槽箱由厚2mm鍍鋅鋼板制作，立于門(mén)洞二側固定于墻面，機箱則置于導槽箱頂部通過(guò)螺栓與導槽箱及墻面固定。導槽箱導槽二側固定有密封毛條，以保證一定的密封要求，在導槽箱的底部離地約1m高位置，則預留有紅外線(xiàn)監測器的安裝位置?？焖倬砗熼T(mén)的導槽箱經(jīng)噴塑處理，與機箱同色，導槽里部的毛刷抵住簾布以限制簾布不會(huì )脫離導槽，這樣當車(chē)子撞到門(mén)的時(shí)候，門(mén)簾會(huì )脫離導槽，從而避免快速卷簾門(mén)體受到損壞。

The guide box is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate, standing on both sides of the door opening and fixed to the wall. The chassis is placed on the top of the guide box and fixed to the guide box and wall with bolts. There are sealing strips fixed on both sides of the guide groove of the guide groove box to ensure certain sealing requirements. 3、簾布

快速卷簾門(mén)的簾布可分段制作，每段高度約為700mm左右，各段簾布通過(guò)特制的鋁質(zhì)抗風(fēng)條聯(lián)接成一整體簾布，具有強度高、抗沖擊、不易刺穿等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。此外，我們還可選用透明PVC材料制作簾布或部份選用透明PVC材料制作簾布，以便觀(guān)察軟簾門(mén)二側的情況，在簾布的底部設有鋁質(zhì)底梁，及防撞軟袋簾布的頂部通過(guò)螺釘和壓條固定在卷筒上。

4、驅動(dòng)裝置

通過(guò)減速馬達直接驅動(dòng)軟簾門(mén)轉軸，根據快速卷簾門(mén)提升速度的要求選用不同速比的減速器，達到所要求的提升速度，快者速度可達到80cm/s以上?？刂凭€(xiàn)路采用變頻控制，使簾布運行時(shí)做到緩起動(dòng)緩停止，并可使簾布到位自停，及在運行過(guò)程中停止運動(dòng)。

The shaft of the soft shutter is directly driven by the deceleration motor. According to the requirements of the lifting speed of the fast Roller shutter, different speed ratio reducers are selected to achieve the required lifting speed, which can reach more than 80cm/s. The control circuit adopts variable frequency control to achieve slow start and slow stop during the operation of the cord fabric, and can automatically stop the cord fabric in place and stop its movement during operation.

快速卷簾門(mén)設有控制箱，可在控制箱操作“開(kāi)”、“停”、“關(guān)”，并可在控制箱的另一側墻面設控制按鈕操作“開(kāi)”、“停”、“關(guān)”?？焖倬砗熼T(mén)可根據需要選配遙控操作和雷達探測或地磁感應自動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)門(mén)，在門(mén)洞二側設有紅外線(xiàn)監測裝置，當門(mén)體運動(dòng)時(shí)有障礙物穿越門(mén)洞時(shí)，簾布運動(dòng)將停止，或回復到開(kāi)門(mén)狀態(tài)。

The fast Roller shutter is equipped with a control box, which can operate "open", "stop" and "close", and a control button can be set on the other side of the wall of the control box to operate "open", "stop" and "close". The quick Roller shutter can be equipped with remote control operation, radar detection or geomagnetic induction automatic door opening and closing as required.
