電動(dòng)卷閘門(mén)產(chǎn)品調整主要分三部分進(jìn)行：

The adjustment of electric rolling gate products is mainly carried out in three parts:

機械部分調整

Mechanical part adjustment

（1）限位調整，卷閘門(mén)安裝結束后，對門(mén)產(chǎn)品的機械部分進(jìn)行調整，兩步降落的卷閘門(mén)一步降位應在距地面1.8m位置。

(1) Limit adjustment: After the installation of the rolling gate is completed, the mechanical part of the door product should be adjusted. The two-step lowering of the rolling gate should be at a height of 1.8m from the ground.

（2）速放裝置試驗，通過(guò)手動(dòng)速放裝置拉鏈下放防火卷閘門(mén)，簾桓下降順暢，速度均勻，一步停降到底。

(2) Quick release device test, using manual quick release device zipper to lower the fire shutter, the curtain can descend smoothly and at a uniform speed, stopping and descending to the bottom in one step.

（3）提升裝置試驗，通過(guò)手動(dòng)拉鏈拉起防火卷閘門(mén)，拉起全程應順利，停止后防火卷閘門(mén)應當靠其自重下降到底。

(3) The lifting device test involves manually pulling up the fire shutter with a zipper. The entire process should be smooth, and after stopping, the fire shutter should be lowered to the bottom by its own weight.

電動(dòng)部分調整在電動(dòng)卷閘門(mén)兩側安裝的手動(dòng)按鈕來(lái)對門(mén)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行升、停、降，防火系列的卷閘門(mén)可以任意的通過(guò)停止按鈕來(lái)停止門(mén)產(chǎn)品。

The manual buttons installed on both sides of the electric roller shutter are used for adjusting the electric part to lift, stop, and lower the door product. The fireproof series roller shutter can be stopped by the stop button at will.

自動(dòng)功能調整

Automatic function adjustment

電動(dòng)卷閘門(mén)產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)控制方式分有源和無(wú)源啟動(dòng)兩種：無(wú)源啟動(dòng)：門(mén)產(chǎn)品可以利用短路線(xiàn)分別短接中限位和下限為的遠程控制，觀(guān)察期下落是否順暢，懸停位置是否準確，用萬(wàn)用表實(shí)測中限位和下限位電信號無(wú)源回答端子是否導通。有源啟動(dòng)：門(mén)在自動(dòng)方式調試需要24V電源來(lái)供電啟動(dòng)卷閘門(mén)系列產(chǎn)品，觀(guān)察下落是否順暢，懸停位置是否準確，用萬(wàn)用表實(shí)測中限位和下限位的電信號的無(wú)源回答端子觀(guān)察其是否導通。

The automatic control methods of electric rolling gate products are divided into active and passive start: passive start: The door product can use a short circuit to respectively short circuit the middle limit and lower limit for remote control, observe whether the falling period is smooth, whether the hovering position is accurate, and use a multimeter to measure the electrical signals of the middle limit and lower limit to passively answer whether the terminals are conductive.
